When We Issue Refunds

We gladly offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Mismatched orders (items sent incorrectly)

  • Misadventures in transit (damaged or defective products)

The Timeline

  • Refund requests must be planted and submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to File a Claim

  • Shoot an email over to  support@gnomeaste.yoga with your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue. We'll review it faster than a gnome dodging a lawnmower.
